Rooms to dream of and in: comfort in a medieval ambience
Ancient walls that breathe history, telling of a time when knights were bold, of cosy ambiences, delicious food and wines, and of course grand celebrations and little secrets.
The world of the snug dates back to the 16th century, when delicacies were served up, a romantic treat for all the senses. Old wooden chests and cabinets, built to last for all eternity and still in constant use today, embellish the cosy rooms, while old wooden doors and wood-panelled ceilings complete the charm that recalls the days of chivalry and minstrels.
The imposing rooms of the historic Steinbock Manor will make you too feel as if you are a lord, especially for larger celebrations, with the noble walls of the Von-Neuhaus-Stube or the Herrrenstube offering particularly fine settings. These medieval premises can hold up to 100 persons. Elegant bay windows, beautiful curved arches and antique furniture give each occasion a feeling of yesteryear.
